The site is situated close to the cliff top in Southbourne on a corner plot and benefits from sea views. We were appointed to design a block of eight high-specification two-bedroom apartments including a penthouse. All flats from first floor level and above provide the occupants with sea views. Each flat has either have private terraces or balconies for outside amenity space.
The design approach was to create spacious quality apartments within a contemporary building and maximise their potential set close to cliff and sea front. The scheme replaced an old existing house and was constructed in 2012.
